The part of talent scouting that everyone is drawn to is discovering special qualiities in an individual that can propel them in ways that they may not have seen themselves. Like in LA, where movie stars walk alongside teachers, writers, I thought another great male model was hiding out as an app coding competitive swimmer.
As a photographer, every shot I take tells a story. But, sometimes, the most gripping narratives are those that life throws at you unplanned. This shoot wasn’t just about profiling a unique talent but about redefining what the future could look like for a friend.
