“Stories Move Culture”

Most of what passes for “content” these days is disposable. Made fast, optimized for whatever invisible math decides what people see today, and forgotten about five minutes later.

That never interested me much.

I’m Kennyatta, and what I care about are the stories that stick. The ones rooted in culture, in places, in the messy, contradictory reality of how people actually live, work, and make things.

So this is where I put those stories.

Curiosity: What does youth look like today?
Category: Photography

These tricks were done by “kinda” professionals who had youthful strength and encouragement in large numbers to make up for whatever rational thought would naturally kick in when someone decides to play chicken with a car, stand on bikes in the middle of traffic, or ride on the side of a car while someone hung out the window to photograph them.

Youth culture often gets summarized by an addiction to digital devices and the indocrtination into a belief that the physical world is lacking the excitement found only on the internet. With these group of riders, the present undeniable evidence to the contrary.
